What we’re learning from talking about cloud with our customers is that they are more interested in the capabilities that cloud brings them than simply reducing cost by moving their on premise operations to a cloud provider. To that end we’re seeing interest in:

  • Case in the Cloud as an agile way to deliver new solutions that extend process and tasks to external agents and customers
  • BOX as a customer content collaboration platform
  • DocuSign as a vehicle for digital transactions

As a result of these discussions and in the light of the IBM strategic partnership with DocuSign we are delighted to announce that we will be adding DocuSign as a solution offering to our portfolio. This is a departure for us as we have always been a dedicated IBM partner however the synergies with DocuSign and IBM Case Manager as well as BOX are an obvious value add to our customers and prospects.
