Insight 2 Value has become a ServiceNow Build Partner.
Insight 2 Value (I2V) has been successfully delivering innovative content and customer-facing workflow solutions for over a decade. In a strategic move, I2V recently joined the ServiceNow Build Partner programme. To shed light on the significance of this step and to find out more about I2V’s plans for the coming year, we sat down with Steve Hannigan, our Chief Operating Officer, at Insight 2 Value.
Why has Insight 2 Value joined the ServiceNow Build programme?
I2V is a solutions company, so the build programme is a good fit for us. We create our customer-facing workflow solutions on ServiceNow as we consider it the best-in-class workflow platform. We are already a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation partner, and now that we have a deeper understanding of the full platform, we are excited to join the Build programme. The Build programme provides us with a range of resources including access to a developer portal, training courses, tutorials, product documentation, guides and course certifications. Our Insight 2 Value development team is now building apps and integrations which we look forward to distributing through the ServiceNow Store.
What is the ServiceNow store?
The ServiceNow Store is an enterprise application marketplace for both paid and free applications and integrations developed and deployed on the ServiceNow platform.
It’s a fantastic resource, with hundreds of certified, ready-to-use applications from the partner ecosystem that enable departments across the enterprise to do more with the Now Platform and accelerate time to results. For Insight 2 Value, it will act as a worldwide shop window for the assets we will build and maintain. For ServiceNow customers they can extend the use of their platform into new use cases across other departments, and get a head start on solution development, safe in the knowledge that our apps and solutions will have been through the certification process and complied with ServiceNow’s high-quality verification standards.
What will be the first offering on the store from Insight 2 Value?
We’re starting with an IBM FileNet Content Manager connector. Our experience with customers has shown that content plays a critical part in customer interaction, and it needs to be properly captured, managed and governed as part of the business process. Connecting ServiceNow with an Enterprise Content Management solution such as IBM FileNet Content Manager will enrich ServiceNow processes by providing a view of documents and correspondence held in properly governed repositories. From within ServiceNow, you will be able to search across all your documents by metadata properties such as customer number and apply governance, e.g. ‘this document expires 7 years from now ’, or ‘this document can’t be deleted’. As an IBM Gold Partner, with years of IBM FileNet Content Manager installations under our belts, particularly in the Financial Services sector, we think we are uniquely placed to create a FileNet Connector.
What other store releases are on the horizon for 2024?
We plan to launch the following solutions.
Intelligent Investigations for Insurance
This solution will streamline insurance claim investigations, both internal and outsourced, in a consistent and auditable manner.
Complaints for the UK market
This solution aims to simplify the process of resolving complaints within the complaint handling team or routing them to relevant business units. The solution will adhere to the regulatory guidance released by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK regulator for Financial Services.
Customer Servicing for the Wealth Management sector
We plan to bring our expertise in this sector to a brand new innovative customer servicing solution for the Wealth Management industry with a focus on GenAI support and content integration.
Complaints for the Irish market
This will be similar to the UK-regulated complaints solution but for the Irish market and to adhere to the regulatory guidance released by the Irish regulator for Financial Services, the Central Bank of Ireland.
