Following many years in California undertaking voluntary roles in finance and specialist education, Tracy completed accounting training on her return to the UK with the Association of Accounting Technicians, maintaining current full membership of the AAT.
Tracy has worked in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors in both Finance and General Management and after several years as the Club Secretary of the Royal Naval Club and Royal Albert Yacht Club, joined I2V in early 2020.
