Solution Overview – Subject Access Requests
Organisations are obliged today to respond to a subject access request and can charge a fee for each request – the right to charge a fee will be waived under GPDR which will inevitably lead to an increase in requests. Individual rights will be strengthened to ensure data inappropriately held is removed. Our module for Subject Access requests treats each request as a case; enabling us to track all requests over time with supporting analytics. Customer notifications with standard template responses are the core of the solution with full audit trails being held on every request and SLA management to ensure the response deadlines set out in the GDPR legislation are met.
