Solution Overview – Data Breach Management
Our data breach management solution will control the process that is initiated once the customer’s security team have identified a breach has occurred. IBM Case Manager will drive the notification process to ensure notification deadlines are met and will drive the population of the online Information Commissioners Office form. Ad hoc tasks will enable notification of other interested parties in the organisation e.g. press office, HR. As Case Manager drives the management of content as well as tasks the Case created by the Data Breach will be the organisation’s one stop shop for recording all the outcomes of the breach, actions taken, lessons learned etc. The solution will be designed to be defensible to the ICO form an audit and control perspective.
