I2V are recruiting for the role of Technical Services Manager.

The role will require the candidate to oversea and continue to develop the rapidly expanding Support Services area of the business.

We are ideally looking for a candidate with extensive experience working in the support and implementation of IBM ECM Solutions including but not limited to:

  • IBM Case Manager
  • IBM Content Collector
  • IBM DataCap
  • IBM P8 CE/PE
  • IBM Mobile First

The role will include the resourcing and management of the support team and oversight of technical services projects.

The applicant should be happy to have a dual role of both department management and a hands on technical work.

The successful candidate will receive a very competitive salary plus bonus and commission structure for any additional business and project work secured.
